Although the item is water-resistant, it is recommended to remove it before swimming or showering to maintain its shine. Handle each piece with care to preserve its elegance and enduring shine.

Warranty Policy
Warranty claims can only be honoured with a valid proof of purchase.
All ENVYONE pieces come with a three (3) month manufacturing warranty. This covers faults or defects present at the time of production, provided there is no evidence of misuse or accidental damage.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Accidental damage or loss
- Stretched, bent, or broken chains/links
- Bent rings, prongs, or claws on rings
- Scratched, chipped, dented, peeling, discoloured, faded, or tarnished surfaces
- Bent or broken earring posts or clasps caused by wear and tear
- Alterations or repairs by third parties
- Continued use of a product after a defect becomes apparent without notifying ENVYONE promptly
